In the commemoration of World Down Syndrome Day, Fine Counsel collaborated with SeribuParas which is a down syndrome community in Jakarta, Indonesia that focuses on providing jobs for friends who have down syndrome. We believe that fashion can be enjoyed by anyone, including people with down syndrome.

The artist behind this collaboration is Noah Kenneth who is usually called Ken, a 22-year-old person who has down syndrome. He is originally from Bandung, Indonesia. Every day Ken likes to draw and watch soccer matches on TV. Furthermore, he aspires to become a police officer so that one day he can help many people and wear that cool police uniform to patrol.
