How to Order

Browse Our Products - You can browse our products from the top menus that are given. Once you find a product that you like, you can click on the picture to find further details and descriptions about that product.


Add To Cart - When you decide to make a purchase of a particular item that you like, click “Add To Cart”. After that you can either choose to checkout immediately or continue shopping our other products.


Review Your Order - If you are ready to Checkout, click the “Shopping Cart” on the top right corner and do a review again on your order. Make sure you get the product, size, and quantity right.


Checkout - You can either choose to do a “Guest Checkout” or you can “Register” and fill in your information in order to make it easier for your next purchase. By registering an account, you can also track your order. Please note that the availability of your desired items are not guaranteed before you do a checkout.


Confirm Order - Do a double check again on your order before you confirm. Once you confirm, you will be sent an email notification form us regarding your order.


Make Payment - Now you can transfer the amount of your purchase to the bank account that is given. Please note that you have 2 hours to make a payment of your purchase if you selected Bank Transfer / ATM / GoPay as the payment method. If you don’t make a payment within that timeframe, then your order will be automatically cancelled. Below is our Bank Account details if you selected direct Bank Transfer.

Shipping & Handling

Domestic Customers

For Domestic customers, we provide shipment via SiCepat (Halu and Reguler), JNE (Reguler and YES), Gojek (Sameday and Instant), and Grab (Sameday and Instant). 

The estimated price and delivery time will be adjusted automatically according to the desired destination.

Once the package has been picked up by the courier, then the full responsibility is on the shipping vendor. But, we will provide a shipment tracking link automatically via email or SMS to track the status of your delivery.

International Customers

For International customers, we provide shipment via Rayspeed.

Return & Exchange

Terms & Conditions

• Items should still be in a clean condition top and bottom, are not wrinkled/used, and do not show any sign of creasing. If the items are dirty, worn, or show sign of creasing, then they cannot be exchanged.

• Accessories such as Shoe Box, Plastic Wrap (for Apparels), Card, Wrapping Paper and Silica Gel are still intact.

• You can only exchange size with the same item as your original purchase. However, if the desired size is not available, then you can exchange it with another colour or model with the same price, or with the more expensive item (will be billed separately).

• Items can only be exchanged 1 time, and within a maximum of 3 days after they are received. Please inform us at the time of purchase should you wish to request more than the 3 days period. (eg: for gifts, or out of town, etc.).

• The shipping cost of the exchange will be fully borne by the customer.

• You are required to send a video and photos of the item's condition before the exchange process. The item will be physically inspected once we receive it. If it meets the terms and conditions (T&C), the exchange will be processed immediately.

• Before determining the size, please check the existing Size Chart again so that the size you choose will be ideal.
